	Oleg Podsechin Oleg is an entrepreneur and startup advisor who, having graduated from Cambridge, has worked with over 30 mediatech companies over the past 12 years. For the past five years, Oleg has also been doing tech due diligence and strategy work for investors including Amadeus, Atomico, Balderton, Inventure and others. He has started the Moscow and Helsinki JavaScript meetups, speaks at conferences and contributes to a number of open source projects. His latest venture is StartHQ, a web application directory.
	Jaakko Salminen Jaakko is an angel investor and startup advisor. He’s currently involved in 7 startups as an investor and 3 as a board member and advisor. He’s also a member of the board of the Finnish Business Angels Network FiBAN. In the past, he was a partner and VP/CEO of 2 software companies, both of which were acquired by another company. Additionally, Jaakko has been responsible for direct sales, channel sales, and customer account management at various midsize to corporate IT and SW companies both in domestic and international markets. Jaakko believes in customer- centered business development, where close relationships with customers are made early in startups’ life cycle. His focus in coaching is on the startup’s go-to-market model, from pricing to customer segments and sales channel.
	Juha Ruohonen Juha Ruohonen is the former Head Coach of Startup Sauna. Better known as the Drill Sergeant, Juha made and still makes young startups go through blood, sweat and tears in order to learn what it takes to become an entrepreneur. He has numerous years of experience in the field as a CEO and as a VC so he knows exactly what it takes succeed and how to fail. He has done both. Nowadays he acts as the CEO of FAM Sports.
	Igor Kudinov Igor Kudinov is a founder of AxisPoint Consulting. He has more than 8 years of experience in finance and implementation of projects in the spheres of auditing, business evaluation and transactions. He was a co-founder of an IT-company, restaurant and flower business. Since 2013 he works as a mentor at the SumIT startup-school.
	Anatoliy Katz Anatoliy Katz is an artificial intelligence specialist. He has graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in the USA and University of Toronto in Canada. He is a co-founder and CTO of CERA Marketing. He authored a computer program that uses vision algorithms to count the number of participants in meetings, demonstrations and other public events and spaces.
	Vladimir Lapardin Vladimir Lapardin is CEO and a co-founder of the web studio A25. He is a strategic partner in the project idir.su. He has more than 8 years of experience in building business processes, sales and internet marketing.
