	Jan Willem Tromp HYS Enterprise Looking at Resource Management in a Multi Project Environment from a new perspective. Mr Jan Willem Tromp is master in industrial engineering and management science. Currently he is doing his PhD research in the Netherlands. Mr. Tromp started his career at Fokker Aircraft Company. Since 15 years he is now consultant at leading companies in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. His practical experience in multi project management is combined with the field with academic research, and because of that he is often invited as a keynote speaker in various countries. Mr Tromp visits the Ukraine regular because he works together with HYS Enterprise in Odessa.
